“Send me your documents.”
Give each client their own upload link. Their documents land in a folder on your Mac instead of in email.

The problem
Receipts and contracts arrive as email attachments, photos and messages, spread over weeks. An upload-only link gives clients one simple place to send things, and they can't see what is already there.
Why it works
- Documents in one place
- Receipts, contracts and scans land in a folder per client instead of being scattered across attachments and chat messages.
- Clients can't browse
- With View off, a client only sends. They never see other clients' files or what they sent earlier.
- Easy for non-technical clients
- Open the link, drop the files, done. No account, so you spend less time on the phone explaining how it works.
How to set it up
Create one folder per client and choose Share with ordner.link.
Tick Upload, untick View, set Link expires to how long you need the folder and add a password if you like. Each folder has its own link.
Send the link. Clients drop in files from any browser, or whole folders from a computer (iPhones send files only), and you get them on your Mac.
What to keep in mind
Uploads only work while your Mac is awake and online. Whether this tool suits your professional duties is for you to decide: ordner.link makes no compliance promises.
Questions
Can clients see other documents?
Not with View unticked. Visitors can send files but can't see the folder.
Can a client overwrite a file?
No. Uploads never overwrite anything that is already there.
