Stems, not attachments.

Keep the session in one folder and share it with one link. Everyone can add their takes.

The problem

Stems and session files are far too large for email, and transfer links expire before everyone has listened. A shared folder keeps every take in one place.

Why it works

Session stays together
Stems, bounces and takes sit in one folder instead of being scattered across expired transfer links.
Everyone can contribute
Bandmates upload their takes straight into the folder. Their uploads never overwrite your files.
No expiring links
The link stays valid for as long as you set, so nobody misses a version because the transfer link ran out.

How to set it up

  1. Share the session or bounce folder using Share with ordner.link.

  2. Tick View and Upload so bandmates or guests can add files. Set Link expires to fit the project.

  3. Send the link. Drop the next take into the folder whenever it is ready.

What to keep in mind

Your Mac must be awake and online while others download or upload. Uploads never overwrite existing files, so use new names for new takes.

Questions

Can others overwrite my files?

No. With Upload ticked, visitors add files but never replace yours.

Is there a size limit?

Not for sharing. Uploads can be up to 10 GB per file, and you can set less.
